Whats with Hide & Seek then?
Robert Fortune, who was responsible for a fair bit of hide and seek in his time. Disguised as a local, he entered China seeking precious tea seeds and cultivation methods. Hiding them in many ingenious ways he smuggled them out of the country and introduced tea growing to India. So here’s to you Robert – you sneaky rascal!
Our classic breakfast tea contains just one ingredient - premium black tea from the tea fields of Nagaland, India (that’s right next door to Assam for all you tea buffs). What’s more, every leaf that makes up a cup of Hide & Seek is hand-picked from a single estate to allow for the subtle nuances of varietal, seasonal and regional flavour. Whats with Royals & Rogues then?
Royal Governor of Boston, Thomas Hutchinson, who found himself in a spot of bother after famously refusing to let a British tea shipment leave the harbour. Things went pear-shaped for Tom when demonstrators against the British Tea Act, disguised as native Americans, boarded the ships and tipped all 46 tonnes of tea into the sea. And so, the biggest brew in history – now aptly known as the Boston Tea Party – marked the start of the American Revolution.
Is there anything more English than a perfectly-steeped cup of Earl Grey served with a slice of lemon? Well, since we make ours with a generous infusion of Italian Bergamot oil and hand-rolled, single estate black tea from the lush tea fields of Nagaland, India, perhaps there is. Nonetheless, this time-honoured blend of premium black tea with a refreshing hint of citrus is a bona fide classic. Enjoy straight from the pot or with a splash of milk and drizzle of honey.

Gentleman bootlegger Bill McCoy, who rose to infamy during the Prohibition for producing the finest whiskey money could buy. Always on the lookout for the next raid, his speakeasy patrons would keep things hush hush by sipping their hooch out of dainty teacups. These days we prefer our tea moonshine-free, but, just like Bill, our stuff is always the real McCoy!

Fiery Irishwoman Anne Bonny and her lover, Calico Captain Jack Rackman, a ferocious couple who belonged to the infamous Pirates of the Caribbean crew. Together they outwitted the British forces for years, wreaking havoc as they smuggled tea and spices across the West Indies. So bottoms up me hearties – before we make you walk the plank!

Grown in China’s Fujian province, it’s named after the goddess of mercy Ti Kuan Yin who, legend has it, appeared to a farmer in a dream and gifted him a single, precious tea shoot to plant. We’re rather glad he did, because now we can all enjoy this premium oolong’s sweet taste and orchid-like flavour.

OUR TEA FILTERS ARE A GREAT WAY TO ENJOY LOOSE LEAF TEA WITHOUT THE MESS & ARE PERFECT FOR THE POT.
We only use chlorine and bleach free paper that is biodegradable. Simply spoon in the required amount of tea leaves, draw the cord and pop into a teapot to brew.

Before cocoa powder was invented, all hot chocolates were made with real, indulgent chocolate. But then... along came cocoa powder, which was cheap to manufacture but poor in flavour. Going back to basics, all of our products use real chocolate just waiting to be melted. Because of this, our drinks are much more creamy and decadent than anything you are used to.
Each pack contains 250g (roughly 8 portions) and have a shelf life of around 1 year. The chocolate has been finely grated so melts easily.
